Domestic Shipping Policy

Our hours of operation for shipping are M-F: 8:00am 4:00pm (CST), excluding weekends. Orders placed on weekends, will not be processed until the next business day. 

Order Process

  • We ship from two warehouses in Texas and a one in New Jeresy.

  • We process orders within 2 business days.

  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at We will not be able to make changes to your order after it's been submitted.

  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.

 Shipment processing time:

  • Our shipping service is completely free.

  • It takes 1-2 business days for us to process the order, and plus 3-5 days to transit for delivery.

  • Shipping time depends on your location. You'll receive another notification when your order start to be shipped.

  • As for shipping delay, we'll try our best to contact the express company and see what we can do.

  • Please note: that we can only ship to the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include the current shipment location of your package. You can also click the tracking number below to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order after 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and tell us your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
