Standard Return Policy
We have a 30-day no-hassle return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.
All returns must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the item. Any returns that arrive past the 30 day mark will not be accepted.
Please note that be eligible for return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
    How Do I Start the Return Process?
    1. To start a return, you can contact us at letstalk@sheiru.com Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    2. Please return your purchases using the shipping method and carrier of your choice. Prepaid return labels are not available at this time.
    3. Please also make sure your package is insured before delivery. Any problems that arise on the way back to our warehouse will not be covered by sheiru.
    4. Take a picture of your items before you ship them just in case you need to file a damage claim with the carrier. We also recommend taking pictures of how you repackaged your items. Please keep these images for your records.
    5. Be sure to include your order number and packing slip (or a note with your order number, email address, and complete name) with your return.
    6. Please indicate whether you would like a refund, exchange, or both in your return request.(s). If you'd like to make an exchange, specify the new size, color, and item you'd want to receive in your request.
    7. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds for special items, gift cards, or extended warranties. Please note that shipping, shipping insurance, and priority processing fees are not refundable.

    • As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 3-5 business days.
    • A 10% restock fee applies to all returns to cover transaction processing fees that are not refunded to us by Shopify payments.
    • A 20% fee applies if the item received is not in the original packaging.
    • A 30% fee applies if the return received is missing any components (brackets, screws, remote control...etc.)
    • A 50% fee applies if the return received is damaged, or if the product has any visible wear.
    • You can choose between a store credit or a refund to your original payment method. If a store credit is selected, sheiru will waive the 10% restock fee.

    Damages and issues

    Kindly examine your order upon receipt, and promptly notify us if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, so we can assess the matter and rectify it. Any damaged items will be replaced by sheiru at no cost to the customer. We recognize that you may change your mind after purchasing from sheiru.com.

    If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original delivery date. We assure you that we will always make it right by providing free replacements, provided that you send us high-quality photos and/or videos displaying the defects, as well as pictures of the shipping box. We regret any inconvenience caused by your less-than-perfect experience.

    Please note that any claims for lost or damaged orders must be made within 21 days of the delivery date. We kindly ask our customers to adhere to this policy to ensure a prompt resolution of any issues.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Returns Without Approval

    Customers are responsible for providing a shipping label for any returns shipped to us without prior email approval or that arrive at our warehouse after the 30-day grace period.

    Discounts

    Please let us know within 12 hours of the order date if you forgot to use a discount code, and we'll be happy to do it for you. We will be unable to apply the discount once the 12-hour window has closed.
